We offer COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
 
We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.
 
If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know. There may be a small additional delivery fee, but we’ll do our best to help you.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

 
Risk in any product shall pass to the customer upon delivery
 
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Anlaby either by email or phone within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s original payment method.
 
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to Anlaby at the address provided below.
 
Anlaby offers FREE RETURNS via ROYAL MAIL for our UK customers.
 
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.  Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Anlaby reserves the right not to accept your return. Anlaby will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
 
If you need to return any item please email rachel@anlaby.com.au to request a FREEPOST return label.  Please then wrap your return securely (enclose your completed returns form with order number & proof of purchase), print and attach the FREEPOST return label to your return and take it to your nearest Post Office.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us.
